Impact: The Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) undertook the 16th national Census of population and housing on Tuesday, 9 August 2011. The previous Census showed a high rate of undercount from the CALD communities. In 2011 Multiconnexions helped the CALD community increase their awareness of the Census, when it was going to be held, why it was important everyone participates and how to participate. Using multiple channels which included ATL and BTL to reach and engage with our audiences was key to the campaigns success.
